"I have no issue with the service I recieved from State Farm over the years. I have insured with State Farm almost exclusively for over 30 years. The issue is that you cannot expect for people to just accept a 25% increase in premiums without so much as a letter of explanation. It is absurd! The company just made me go look for a better deal. This is not the first time I have shopped my insurance but it is the first time I found a significantly better deal. I increased my coverage on homeowners while keeping the cost at or slightly below the 2025 premium. I will entertain future business with State Farm as the situation warrants."

"This agents office is wonderful!!! Any time I’ve called they’ve been very patient and answered all of my questions and if they didn’t know the answer they would find out and were excellent at getting back to me the same day. I went into the office for the first time recently and again a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!! As far as State Farm, we had to have our car towed a couple weeks ago and we paid cash. Texted copy of receipt to them and a check was ready to pickup about an hour later!"

"I have been with State Farm for over 10 years, but ended up switching agents a few years ago because the previous agent retired and the one who replaced him was very incompetent and always messed up my bill and whenever I had questions or needed a policy change or addition they somehow seemed to get things wrong, they double charged me, put the wrong family member on the policy, etc. When I would call he would have a bad attitude, He was rude and his team also incompetent. I finally got tired and switched to Adam Hage and his team, no one recommended him to me and I didn't know anything about him, but I'm glad I made the switch. I only wish I would've done it sooner. His team has been fantastic, they are always friendly and kind, they always answer my questions right away, they send follow up emails to keep me informed and make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I'm glad I made the switch and will continue to be with his team for years to come."
