"I have been with State Farm for over 10 years, but ended up switching agents a few years ago because the previous agent retired and the one who replaced him was very incompetent and always messed up my bill and whenever I had questions or needed a policy change or addition they somehow seemed to get things wrong, they double charged me, put the wrong family member on the policy, etc. When I would call he would have a bad attitude, He was rude and his team also incompetent.
